My husband lost his beloved yellow (with blue border) Canyon longboard (glass) off the top of the car yesterday on the way from Newcomb Hollow to Rte. 6. He started to tie it down, didn't finish, and it blew off the car. Yeah he feels horrible. Very first day of surf season and he's miserable, we can't afford a new board, and so on. It was in a silver and black case so likely is not damaged beyond repair. If you're a good samaritan call me at 917 674 8837.

My husband lost his wedding ring on the beach several feet in front of the bench in Owen Park Beach---bench closest to the circle where buses pick up and drop off passengers.

If anyone finds this ring or has a metal detector and could look for it in this area, we'd love to have the ring back. It is engraved with our names and the year. Both of our names begin with the letter M.

Our yellow lab MISTY dug herself out of her kennel last night and she hasn't come home yet! She lives around the Juniper Drive area, near the beginning of South Sandwich Road and Route 130! She is extremely friendly and does what we call "talking"-whines and barks in a way that seems like she's talking to you. I haven't lived at home for awhile, and my dad kept her-and took her collar off that day, so she has no tags on. If anyone finds or sees her, please call (508)648-5646 or (508)648-5686. PLEASE if you are a resident of Sandwich, ask your friends and neighbors if any of them picked up {or had their child pick up} a little stuffed dog this morning. He is about 7'' by 5'' and brown with beige ears.

About three hours ago {approx. 9:15 a.m.} I walked with my son from the Dunbar Tea Rooms along Main Street to Jarves Street and down to the other tea rooms {past the Painted Lady} ... somewhere along that short stretch we lost him. We doubled back and then we walked the length of it again {twice} but he was nowhere to be found so someone must have picked him up.

Please help me find my buddy Maddux! I had moved into a new place at the corner of Beechwood and Cottonwood in Centerville last Sunday June 14th, and he got out during the night! He's an indoor "scared-y" cat - I'd taken him outside a few times, he liked it but was definitely scared a meowed a lot. I'm fearing for the worst but hoping someone may have seen him. He weighs about 11 pounds, has a creamy orange tabby coat, orange eyes, and double paws with two claws on both his front "thumbs". He is not wearing a collar since he's always been an indoor cat, but he does have a Home Again chip in his back. If anyone has seen him, please call Animal Control in Hyannis, or bring him to a local vet/shelter where they can scan him and will contact me.
